Çukurova İnşaat applying trenchless technology successfully in both rehabilitation of existing infrastructure networks and constructing new infrastructure networks.

Çukurova İnşaat provides economical solutions in placing related pipes underground for constructing networks of Potable Water, Sewerage, Natural Gas, Telecommunication And Electricity. By using Pipe Jacking, Pipe Ramming, Pipe Racking, Pipe Bursting, Horizontal Directional Drilling and Impact Moling systems pipes of Ø 50 mm to Ø 2400mm can be placed underground successfully with the deserved quality.

Çukurova İnşaat, uses CCTV (Closed Circuit TV) inspection system, a product of latest technology, in determining the condition of the lines in existing infrastructure networks. In this system all the problems in pipes of various diameters are determined and needed data for the rehabilitation of the network is obtained. With the obtained data in hand, the methodology for repairing the problem areas is determined and the problem is solved in 4 to 5 hours time by using the repairer robots. The blocks in the pipe is removed in a very short period using combined devices having very powerful water and vacuum pumps.

While all these works are performed under the ground with trenchless technology, for making the canal’s workability and cleanliness to reach a very high degree that can be comparable with the first day of the canal, the daily beauty of the life over the surface continues.
